Return Policy

Return Policy We stand behind our products that we sell 100%. We offer a 30-day return policy. We will refund or exchange the item for you. Defective Items:

1.Must be returned in original manufacturer package.

2.Defected Product Will be inspected at our warehouse to ensure item is defective before shipping of new product or refund.

3.Please contact us first to obtain an RMA tracking number.

4.Prepaid shipping label will be emailed or shipped to customer if requested. Non-Defective returned Items

1.Shipping of the product is the responsibility of the Customer along with any other fees associated with it.

2.Must contact us first to obtain an RMA Tracking Number. 3.40% Restocking fee will apply on all Non Defective Products returns held over 20 days. Return Policy: Return Process We understand returns can be a headache for everyone involved. That’s why we spelled out every step on how the process works.

A.Contact our team at Bluetooth junction by phone or email.Please Include your Name, Order number, date of purchase, and your reason for return.

B.We will contact you back within 2 business day with an RMA tracking number. This number serves as a way for both the customer and our staff to keep track of your return.

C.If the reason for return is due to an error on our part or the item is defective we will email you a prepaid return label for you to send back with a RMA number. If the reason is you don’t like the product you are responsible for returning the product in the original packaging and the cost of return shipping. Please write the RMA number on the outside of the box.

D.Ensure the product is packaged properly in the original manufacturer packaging along with all of the items originally included. Please pack the item properly for shipping.

E.Once your return is received at our warehouse please allow us 2-3 days to review the item and process your return.

F.If you are exchanging a defective item we will ship a replacement out and email you the tracking number for your package. If you are returning because you do not want/like the product we will post the refund to your original payment source minus the original cost of shipping. SHIPPPING POLICY:

Our goal is to send our customers their product as quickly as possible while offering the best prices on shipping. Once ordered, your product will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. We ship with a variety of shipping carriers including USPS and UPS to ensure the most efficient and quickest way for our customers to receive their orders. Please note that all delivery times are estimated and they may take longer at times due to weather conditions, holidays, and other events. Customers will receive an email once their order has been shipped with tracking information for their package. Please note that USPS First Class Mail International packages do not have tracking numbers, and cannot be tracked. International customers are responsible for any customs/import fees and costs.
